Lisa Frith, Administration Manager, has worked in the local Health Authority for 14 years, she has 13 years experience in childcare and is also a parent.
Michelle Green
Nursery Deputy
Michelle Green, Nursery Deputy is a qualified NNEB and holds L5 certificate in leadership and management. She has experience of working with children and families across Sefton, including training for parenting programmes.
All permanent staff are qualified Early Years Practitioners with qualifications ranging between level 3 and degree level.
All staff are regularly updated with safeguarding and paediatric first aid training.
We provide placements for students from the local colleges and universities, these students are vetted before starting at the setting with CRB checks. They work alongside the team, and are not counted in our ratios of adults: children.
